殷作斌站长：您好！
我名字是殷福鑫，世居滨海县。现在阜宁中学教英语。
很高兴获知本月在河南淇县举行殷商帝辛祭祀典大会一事，鉴于本人教学任务繁重不能前往参加。今看了您网上征求“在殷商帝辛祭祀典礼上的讲话”的英语译文，我试译了开头部分，您看一下，如果能采用我将把全文译出来。如能荣幸采用我就作为殷氏子孙为本次活动做点贡献吧。如有必要我也会义务前往大会口译此稿。

Respected folks of the town guarding the Xin Di Tomb
Distingushed Guests,
Ladies and gentlemen,all friends,
     Good morning !(上午)/Good afternoon!(下午)
At this time of mid-spring of Year of  the Bull  ,with flowers in bloom,trees sprouting, we ,a group of ancetral worship from Yin.China Website ,highly appreciate the support and reception we are given by Qi County Committee, Qi County government ,Qi County Association of Homecoming Oveseas and Qi folks and People of the county,when we set foot on our ancestral land. On behalf of my delegation , I extend my heart-felt thanks to all the leaders and the people of Qi County and show great respect to this land of promise, cradle of Chinese Civilization.
And I will also extend warm welcome to the delegation headed by Yin Xiquan from South Korea.As a Chinese saying goes "Every river has a  source ;every tree has its root" ,Henan is the motherland of us descendents of Yin family scattering around the country. Today we return to our mother's home ,wherein I on behalf all kinfolks living throuhout China, send my regards to the maternal kinfolks in Henan Province. How are you?,uncles,cousins and all kinfolks on this land...

翻译得比公布的译文好,题目中"Xi Di"改为"Emperor Xin" (帝辛)是否更好些?
