Our alloy powders, alloy rods are used in the industries of car, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, valves, nuclear power and other industries, are recognized widely by international and domestic well-known enterprises.
Product Application
The alloy powder are widely used in OXY spraying, high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying, plasma transferred arc (PTA) overlaying, laser cladding, induction overlaying, powder metallurgy processes, injection molding, centrifugal casting, as well as 3D printing.
Hard Face Welding Rod, Stick Welding Rods and Tig Welding Rod are especially suitable for oxyacetylene and tungsten inert(TIG or OXY) welding.

Production Equipment
The company has vacuum smelting, non-vacuum smelting, centrifugal casting, pulverizing by gas atomization and water atomization, horizontal continuous casting, forging, heat treatment and other production lines advanced in the industry, and has international advanced technology and complete inspection means.
To ensure product quality, the company follows strict internal quality assurance procedures and specifications. Continuous improvement is on-going under the principle of "P-D-C-A". The advanced quality control equipment used includes ThermoFisher ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) spectrometer, LECO nitrogen/oxygen analyzer, Malvern laser particle analyzer, Zeiss metallographic microscope. The company employs a well equipped laboratory capable of accurate and timely analysis of both raw materials and products to ensure quality.
Production Market
